experiential
embodiment
a somatic group practice
Does your body feel like foreign territory, scary, or just generally unknown.?
Do your emotions seem like inconveniences, unwanted, or something to avoid so they don’t ‘take over?’
Are you curious about your body, emotions, and shifting your relationship to them, but you don’t know where to begin?
Have you heard of somatics and / or somatic psychotherapy and want to know even more?
Have you found movement, breathing techniques, and other somatic practices helpful, but you would really love to learn more about why they work?
Do you have a lot of understanding and connection with your body and mind, and want to be with others exploring and deepening the same thing?
YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

4 Sessions of experience
Aware
What the honkin’ heck is this ‘vagus nerve’ everyone keeps talking about? Like really.
session 1 dives into the what and how of the much talked about vagus nerve - what it really is and what that means for you and your experiences in the world!
Attune
Explore the possibilities of what folks mean when they posit that our bodies hold wisdom.
session 2 will explore different ways our bodies and brain take in, process, and learn from and throughout our lives.
Embody
As the concepts and practices start to make sense in mind and body, come with your questions to ponder as a group!
session 3 is a space for all the curiosities and pondering of the previous sessions to unfold! Come with your curiosities! What has come up?! What has stuck out?! What do you want to dive even deeper into?! Let’s go there :)
Embrace
Begin to explore answers to the question: How do I accept what I do not like?
session 4, the final session in this series, will attempt to put a lasso around the previous three sessions embodied knowledge and funnel all that was gathered toward an approach of radical, present moment acceptance.
Interested in a current or future cohort??If this all sounds interesting to you, a calling to deepen into the knowing of yourself and how you exist and take-in the world - let me know here !
I will get back to you as soon as I can
