Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a unique opportunity to form a therapeutic relationship utilizing the combination of methods, pacing, and skill building that works best for you.

Pulling from modalities including but not limited to Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational therapy, Mindfulness, Mindfulness based CBT, Meditation, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Buddhist Psychology, I will join you along your journey to co-create a treatment path that fits your needs.

Some areas clients often ask me for help with include:

Trauma + nervous system dysregulation (think Fight/Flight/Freeze/Fawn, relationship issues with self and other)

I love joining along the journey with couples. Sometimes you just want a little help to get back in tune with one another. Sometimes there has been a rupture that needs attending to. Sometimes you are out of hope and barely holding on or having a hard time letting go. I am here to walk alongside, however you got here and wherever you are going.

I have been trained in The Gottman Method Level Two and utilize the research based skills and tools from The Gottman Method as well as my other orientations (listed above under individual therapy) to create the treatment environment that fits well with your individual needs.
